GOA: BRITISH NATIONAL RAPED IN NORTH GOA
Panaji: A British lady was purportedly assaulted close to the Arambol ocean side in Goa before her male accomplice by a nearby man under the guise of giving her a back rub, police said on Tuesday.

According to the police grievance held up by the moderately aged lady, who is on a Goa trip, the charged supposedly assaulted her under the guise of giving her a back rub when she was lying close to the Sweet Water Lake, found near the ocean side, alongside her male accomplice, an authority said.
The supposed occurrence had occurred on June 2, yet the lady stopped the protest at the Pernem police headquarters on Monday subsequent to counseling her relatives in the UK and looking for help from the British Embassy in India, he said.
In the span of an hour of getting the grumbling, the Pernem police, drove by monitor Vikram Naik, took care of business and captured the denounced, the authority said.
