GL Batra, the father of late Captain Vikram Batra spoke about the Kargil war ahead of Kargil Vijay Diwas. He said, “Govt has fulfilled all commitments made during Kargil war. The Kargil war was one of the toughest wars in the world. We should be aware of trouble-making neighbours and be ready to make sacrifices for the nation”.
