The Department of Handicrafts organised the biggest Craft Mela to uplift the handicrafts and handloom sector in Kashmir. Due to lockdown, artisan community was facing huge losses. Therefore, to promote Kashmiri art and boost artisans, the department of handicrafts organized this exhibition. Such attractive exhibitions will also help to promote tourism in the Valley of paradise.
