A speeding three-wheeler knocked down additional district judge Uttam Anand in Jharkhand’s Dhanbad on July 28. The judge, who was jogging on a deserted stretch of road near the Magistrate Colony of Dhanbad, was hit from behind by the speeding three-wheeler and the vehicle driver sped away after the accident. He was rushed to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. A video of the accident has gone viral on social media. Two persons were arrested in the hit-and-run case.
