On Monday, the river in Karauli district started to overflow after incessant rain. Many areas were flooded with water entering houses of locals. Civil defense teams are continuously carrying out rescue operations in the area. “The gates of Panchna Dam have been opened,” said Devendra Parmar, SDM.
