Vehicular movement was adversely affected with waterlogging in parts of Kathmandu on July 09. People were seen facing problems in commuting following heavy rainfall. According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, light to moderate rain is likely to occur at many places of the country and chances of heavy rain with thunder and lightning.
