A video has gone viral on social media, which shows 2 youthe wearing uniform of Civil Defence personnel and their 2 associates assaulting a man. According to reports, the man was not wearing face mask properly and was thrashed after an argument. The video is said to be from northeast Delhi’s Johripur.
