SF gallery owner filmed spraying the unhoused person with a hose arrested, charged with misdemeanor

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) – The owner of a San Francisco art gallery who was filmed groping a homeless person last week has been arrested, police say.

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Collier Gwin on Wednesday afternoon.

Gwin was charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly “intentionally and unlawfully spraying water on and around a homeless woman,” DA Brooke Jenkins tweeted.

He adds: “The alleged insult to a homeless member of our community is completely unacceptable. Mr Gwin will face the appropriate consequences for his actions. Likewise, the vandalism at the Foster Gwin Gallery is also completely unacceptable and must stop – two wrongs don’t make a difference.” not to do right.”
