Delhi Police Special Cell has seized 354 kg of heroin, worth Rs 2500 crore. Joint CP of Special Cell Neeraj Thakur said, “Till now four people have been arrested and from which one has been identified as Afghan national, another one identified as Kashmiri resident whereas remaining two belong to Punjab. This whole racket was controlled by Afghanistan.”
