On cam: Elephant strays into village in West Bengal’s Siliguri

A 13-year-old male elephant from Mahananda wildlife sanctuary entered Milan More village in West Bengal’s Siliguri. The elephant broke the boundary wall and ate up corn vegetation at Maheshmari. Later, Sukna forest range officers reached the spot and drove back the elephant into the forest. According to forest officials, no casualties have been reported in the incident.
